Shipping & Return Policy

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday thru Saturday, during times of heavy volume that processing time may take 1-2 business days.

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within three to five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. All Domestic Orders are shipped  via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail. Orders are not shipped on Sunday. Priority Mail from the USPS will attempt to deliver your package within 3 days, but there is no guarantee for on-time delivery. Once your package ships and depending on your shipment method  you will be able to track it with the tracking number provided.

ToeHugger.com proudly offers Free standard ground shipping all the time on orders of $15.00 or more not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States.

Return Policy

Products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged for up to 14 days following the original shipping date.

Returns received after 14 days from original shipping date will be refunded as store credit.

Products that have been open, worn or that are not in their original packaging are eligible for store credit only.Due to federal health regulations, worn product must be laundered prior to returning.

How to return? If your order qualifies for return or exchange, please email returns@toehugger.com  to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but will be reimbursed in the event of a defect or mis-shipment. A $5.95 shipping charge will be applied to all exchanges. Prices on exchanges will be based on website price at the time the exchange was requested.
